The Moreton Bay Passport Pilot Evaluation

Stage 1 - Pilot Evaluation February 2026

Following the completion of the Moreton Bay Passport Pilot Stage 1 on the 31st January 2026, I wanted to create a document that collated the results and feedback from this stage. Developed for the CEO to use as a supporting document in board presentations or potential new partners and sponsors. To create this document, I collected metrics from Meta, EnviroQuest, and the Google Forms Survey, and summarised and compared the Project Plan with the internal handover document I had also created. I provided a brief interpretation of the metric results and survey responses, and outlined some key recommendations.

This evaluation report benefits my industry supervisor by providing a summary of results for planning, board reporting and Stage 2 funding conversations. Due to the very limited time I had left in my placement to create and compile this document, it is not as thorough and does not include journal references as I would have liked. However, I hope it provides an overview of the success of the Stage 1 pilot, which I am very proud to have contributed to.
